Stampotique challenge SDC-#245

Hello everyone!!  Had a great day today, and was able to get a lot of work done.  Took some time out this afternoon to work on the next stampotique designer challenge, hosted by Kristen Smith Catalano, and the challenge was 'circles'.   I decided this was the perfect time to get out that biscuit tin I was saving, and to finally get my brush cup completed!

This was easily one of the easiest projects I've done, and is something that can be done in a snap.  You simply measure out the height, and width of paper needed, cut to size, and then lay it flat so you can design your piece, and color it before you place it on your canister.

I stamped all my images in StazOn black ink, on smooth cardstock, then began coloring images, and filling in background.  I used caps to form my paint circles, and used metallic acrylic for splatter, and circles.  ( this made it more difficult to layer, so for future reference, make certain to save metallics for last! )

Then adhere piece to canister when thoroughly dry, and continue to add embellishments, and paint until satisfied with results.

Now it is ready to hold your crafting odds, and ends!!
